It's Khimad time babyyyyyyy No Bandra Feast is complete without this sepcial East Indian drink made with spices and traditionally country liquor. Here is my recipe for khimad. It is tooooo damn good 2 cups of water 2 tbsp sugar 6 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 elaichi 300 ml whiskey or brandy Add a little brewed tea but this is optional. Mainly to get a golden colour to the drink but i did that by caramalizing the sugar really well at the start Cheers my dears! To good health and to happiness!
