Morning everyone ☕ Freddo Espresso is in… so we’re officially operational. Off to the protein shop this morning because I’m going to try and put some muscle mass on before Christmas 💪🎄 Its seeming like very little time, BUT watch this space! Also need to find one of those bands to stretch my back out because the body is clearly keeping me humble.
