The Cannon Ballers are making an impact that goes far beyond the scoreboard. Through our Score to Give More partnership with Food LionFeeds, every run scored at Atrium Health Ballpark helps provide meals for neighbors across our community. During September, the Cannon Ballers crossed home plate 52 times, resulting in 5,200 meals to support local families facing food insecurity. Alexander Albertus helped lead the way, scoring 8 runs at home and accounting for 800 meals. With April, May, June, July, August, and September combined, Cannon Ballers baseball has already helped generate 31,400 meals this season. What happens between the lines matters.
