The Cannon Ballers are making an impact that goes far beyond the scoreboard. Through our Score to Give More partnership with Food Lion Feeds, every run scored at Atrium Health Ballpark helps provide meals for neighbors across our community. During August, the Cannon Ballers crossed home plate 40 times, resulting in 4,000 meals to support local families facing food insecurity. Jaden Fauske and Matthew Boughton helped lead the way, each scoring 6 runs at home and accounting for 600 meals apiece. With April, May, June, July, and August combined, Cannon Ballers baseball has already helped generate 26,2000 meals this season. What happens between the lines matters.
