We had the honour of crafting a special commission of 325 wands for Moms with a DVM, a Facebook subgroup created for Canadian and American veterinarian moms. 🩺✨ The group asked for a design inspired by Gandalf’s staff from Lord of the Rings to symbolize the role professional moms play in guiding, nurturing, protecting, and taking care of everything at home and in the office. These wands were made as gifts to be handed out at their conference last month in Beaufort, South Carolina. Although Olly and Sil (our beloved CNC machines) were at their capacity after the recent release of Hogwarts Legacy, we couldn't turn down the opportunity to complete the order for these extraordinary ladies. It even allowed us to bring our newest CNC, Kit, to life! After almost 500 combined hours of CNC carving and a lot of late nights, we were able to craft all of the wands in just a few weeks.
