Meet Wilfredo León 🇵🇷 One of the Upstate's earliest prominent Latino businessmen, Wilfredo moved to Greenville from Puerto Rico in the 1980s and built his career around service to his community. In 1988 he founded the Foothills Minority Supplier Development Council, and later launched South Carolina's first Spanish language newspaper. He was named among Greenville Business Magazine's 50 Most Influential in 2020. Fun fact: you'll often find him and his wife hopping between Papa's n Beer and Las Delicias in Mauldin.
