26 Canadians at the NYYC Women's International Championship ⛵ 26 Canadiennes au NYYC Women's International Championship - A total of 31 Canadians will take part in the inaugural edition of the New York Yacht Club Women’s International Championship to be held September 15-19 in Newport, R.I. (USA). Two teams will be made up entirely of Canadians: the one led by Olympian Sarah Douglas, including Canadian Sailing Team (CST) member Clara Gravely and Olympian Mariah Millen, as well as the one led by Olympian Lisa Ross, including CST members Madeline Gillis and Georgia Lewin-LaFrance, also an Olympian. There will also be Canadian sailor with the team led by Megan Grapengeter-Rudnick (USA), with CST member and Olympian Antonia Lewin-LaFrance, and six others with the team led by Christina Wolfe (USA).
