Two miles of black sand, one abandoned plane. ✈️ We hiked out to the Sólheimasandur wreck, the skeleton of a U.S. Navy plane that safely crash landed on this beach back in 1973. Felt like stumbling on a forgotten treasure, a decaying playground, just sitting there in the middle of nowhere.
