𝑭𝑰𝑹𝑺𝑻 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹 𝑻𝑹𝒀𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑷𝑼𝑳𝑳-𝑼𝑷𝑺. 👀💪 First time Nova has ever attempted a pull-up and I can’t lie… little man surprised me. 😂🔥 We threw a resistance band on to help him out and he got right after it. One of my favorite things about training with him is watching him try something for the first time and seeing how proud he gets when he realizes he can actually do it. ❤️ I know it’s just a few assisted pull-ups, but as his dad, watching him get stronger and more confident right in front of me is pretty damn cool.
