Former presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden attended a 9/11 memorial ceremony on Friday morning in downtown Manhattan marking the 25th anniversary of the tragedy. While President Trump opted instead to attend an event at the Pentagon, Vice President Vance made an appearance in New York in his stead. It was previously reported by the New York Times that Trump decided to go to the Pentagon after learning that the 9/11 Memorial in New York would not allow speeches due to a strict rule in favor of nonpartisanship. #911anniversary #September11 #GeorgeBush #JoeBiden #BillClinton
