A spokesman for Iran's Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) Hossein Mohebi has said a new "prohibited zone" would cover waters many miles beyond the Strait of Hormuz and apply to ships as far as the Arabian Sea. ⁣ ⁣ Iranian forces have restricted traffic through Hormuz since the start of the war with the United States on February 28.
