The British Museum achieved its single biggest day of ticket sales in history when it offered UK residents a chance to see the 950-year-old Bayeux Tapestry - and there are more batches of ticket sales to come. CGTN's Iolo ap Dafydd was one of the last people to see the wool and linen masterpiece in its Normandy home and one of the first to see it in London. He explains the significance of the loan and asks whether it could ramp up pressure on the UK government to do a deal with Greece over the British Museum's disputed ownership of the Parthenon Marbles. ⁣ ⁣ #bayeuxtapestry #battleofhastings #elgin
