From a digital design to a fully functional tool. Students in Digital Design and Manufacturing have completed their shovel projects, taking their designs from individual pieces of sheet metal to fully assembled, functional, foldable shovels. Students handled the cutting, forming, bending, and assembly required to bring their designs to life, putting the entire design-to-manufacturing process into practice.
