What better a slow and sensory vehicle than a 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser, complete without a roof or windows, allowing all the senses in each mile to be absorbed, felt, and appreciated. turtlewax sent long time collaborator samhurly to Baja California, Mexico alongside slowbaja for the 2022 NORRA Mexican 1000, where Emery leads the slowest non-race classes in the “Slow Baja Safari” class. 1,300 miles in five days.
