Tom Shaw joined our team in September 2023 as an industry-funded PhD student at Leeds Beckett University. Three years later, his first paper is published, he's presenting at two conferences in two countries a week apart, and he is our Product Research and Education Lead. Tom will be at the UKSCA National Conference in Nottingham this weekend. And at the Ostrava Speed Conference at the end of September, presenting "A Challenge to Normative Data" from his league-wide profiling work. Go and argue with him, he weirdly enjoys it.
