I travelled up north to visit the Hokkaido cows 🐮 Hokkaido is famous for their dairy products. I got obsessed with visiting a dairy farm after having the butter pancakes in Tokyo, and finding out they have their own farm up in Hokkaido. So when we planned our trip to Sapporo, I HAD to tack on a train up to bieifarm_official - we got there just before closing and ordered the soft serve. When I tell you I’ve NEVER had ice cream that creamy, and buttery in my LIFE - the flavour and texture were absolutely delicious, I couldn’t even describe it correctly. I was so glad to taste it straight at the farm and see the cows myself! Visit Biei Farm, and drive up there yourself if you can (we got lucky and a taxi waited for us before we head back out to the train). It is so worth the trip! #biei #hokkaido
