The base effect consisted of 80 Astera titan tubes individually jumping from 25% intensity to 100% intensity as the talent walked under the given tube. We had 2 Aputure 1200D’s with light domes as travelling keys for two talents, a dmx dimmed globe, an Aputure 600C turning off when the bulb inside the globe turned on and all titan tubes dimming to base intensity. We removed a 6x6 neg from the floor during take, which has helped us to eliminate the reflection of the studio floor from the other side of the globe in the beginning of the take, but would be later visible in frame had it not been moved.
