An evaluation is easy. Adjusting after it is the hard part. Most facilities will give you a detailed first day with all the bells and whistles. The real question is what happens 4 weeks later. At VeloU, we retest the same force plate metrics every 2 to 4 weeks. We track: • Countermovement jump for lower body power • Isometric strength for total force output • Both absolute numbers and relative to bodyweight We are not chasing one great test. We are watching trends. If the numbers are climbing, the stimulus is working. If they plateau or drop across multiple tests, that is feedback. That tells us whether to push, pull back, or adjust the program entirely. Retesting is how we know when to progress and when to change direction. That’s the difference between a snapshot and a system. #VeloU #ForcePlate #BaseballTraining #AthleteDevelopment #CountermovementJump #StrengthTesting #PitchingDevelopment #LongTermDevelopment #SportsPerformance
