What does a VeloU RTT look like?
As Nate works through his return-to-throw progression, the goal isn't max velocity. It's learning how to control intensity and hit specific velocity windows.
After activation work in the weight room and a light plyo progression, Nate's focus was operating between 75-77 MPH before finishing with positional throws at 80-82 MPH. No target. No extra variables. Just learning how to move efficiently and stay within the prescribed range.
A return-to-throw program isn't about seeing how hard you can throw that day. It's about building the foundation to handle higher intensities when the time is right.
