An e-collar does NOT fix reactivity nor does it necessarily make a dog reactive ❌ It’s simply a communication tool and shouldn’t be used before a dog understands: 1. Engagement 2. Markers 3. Leash pressure 4. Basic obedience cues The collar keeps communication clear & works best once the relationship is already established. It doesn’t solve anything just by having it.
