Happy Self-Care Monday 💙 I think people often get confused about what self-care is “supposed” to look like. Some of y’all spend a whole lot of time in my comments talking hella shit, not realizing that what you’re watching is actually what self-care looks like for me. And that’s the point: self-care has never been about performing for other people. Even though I help others build the confidence, boundaries, and awareness needed to take better care of themselves, what I choose to showcase, how I express myself, and what I do in the comfort of my own home is still my business. Self-care is personal. Confidence is personal. Freedom is personal. And when you truly become comfortable with who you are, you stop needing other people to understand it.
