$948 MILLION — AND HOMELESSNESS IS STILL RISING. Ontario is projected to spend nearly $1 BILLION on homelessness this year, yet the homeless population has reached almost 77,000. So I have a very simple question: WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? How much reaches frontline workers and people who actually need help? How much goes to administration, consultants, contractors and programs that aren't producing results? Spending more is not success. Results are. Audit it. Track every dollar. Measure outcomes.
