Some artists start with a trip to the supply store. lizzaston starts with a walk. Lizz is an artist of remarkable skill and discipline, and a bit of a witch. Living and working in Canada, she creates many of her mesmerizing pieces using found and foraged natural supplies, from indigo and other dye plants to rocks (which occasionally get flagged at airport security). Using these difficult, often changeable materials, Lizz has created public artworks for the likes of Google, Harvard Kennedy School, and Lululemon. Her work is held in public and private collections and has been exhibited across Canada, the USA, Australia, and South Korea.
