We are pleased to announce that BTI Partners’ Bread Building in downtown Hollywood has been named a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal’s 2026 Structures Awards. For years, the former Hollywood Bread Building sat vacant and neglected before being demolished to make way for new development. Today, an iconic $140 million mixed-use tower stands in its place, featuring 362 luxury residences and street-level retail space that will further activate downtown Hollywood and ArtsPark at Young Circle while contributing to the area’s continued revitalization. The development arrived at a pivotal time for downtown Hollywood, coinciding with the city’s centennial and $14.5 million in streetscape improvements as more than $500 million in private investments move forward.
