This past weekend I got a chance to attend the AdventurUs Women’s Summer Retreat in Bend, OR, had the best time, and met the most amazing group of women! Thank you adventuruswomen and gcioutdoor for having me attend (ad)! This 3 night retreat got a group of 30 women together (mostly strangers, some did come with a friend) from all across the States, and it was a weekend filled with different activities you can pick from, from climbing, kayaking, navigation, to caving, and even snowshoeing in June! A pick-your-own-adventure kinda weekend with women from all walks of life. I made new friends, pushed myself out of my comfort zone, tried new things, and walked away, honestly, feeling rejuvenated.
