Today we celebrate the Women Behind the Badge. On National Police Woman Day, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office recognizes the incredible women who serve our agency and our community every day. They are deputies, dispatchers, professional staff, supervisors and leaders. They are mentors, teammates, daughters, wives and mothers. Many balance the demands of a career in public safety while raising families and being there for the people who count on them most. To all the women of VCSO, thank you for showing up, stepping up and serving with purpose. We appreciate everything you do to protect and keep Ventura County safe. Help us celebrate the amazing women who make our agency stronger. #vcso #vcsheriff #venturacountysheriffs #nationalpolicewomanday
