More than eight years ago, Gautam came to us fresh out of Turning Point, still at the beginning of his journey as an editor. Over the years, he became much more than just a member of the post-production team. He brought with him a certain quietness, calm and steadiness that gradually became part of the working culture at KC. Never the loudest person in the room, but always someone whose presence added balance. I hope I could guide him in the right path and pushed him to learn new things. Today, as he moves on from Kadambari Connective and begins a new professional association, there is a genuine sense of pride in seeing how far he has come.
