25 years later, the light still finds its way, honoring a full circle moment for the Klein family. Meet Kathleen Klein Higgins, theportauthority_ny_nj Architect and one of the designers behind the Wedge of Light installation recently unveiled at the Oculus. As we mark 25 years since 9/11, she shares her personal story and what it meant to help design a tribute that captures a single moment of light each year, at 10:28 AM every September 11th. #neverforget911
