Luft 12 Entry Stories 001:
 This 1988 Porsche 959 Sport is chassis 011, the 11th 959 S built and the first 959 registered in the United States.
 It was purchased new by Vasek Polak Jr., son of noted California Porsche dealer and racer Vasek Polak. He picked the car up personally in Stuttgart and drove it around Europe before bringing it home to the U.S.
 Years later, chassis 011 returned to Stuttgart, spending six months on display at the Porsche Museum as part of a supercar exhibit celebrating the launch of the 918 Spyder. Today, it remains in its original specification and still wears its original Grand Prix White paint.
