New Haven, Connecticut, native Dianne Snyder lived in Westport Point, Massachusetts, with her husband, John, and their two children. Snyder sewed quilts for family and friends. She also liked to garden and play tennis, and once won a championship at her local club. On 9/11, Dianne, a 19-year veteran flight attendant with American Airlines, was working on Flight 11.
