Want to know how strong your body REALLY is?
Grab a bar and hang on! 👇
A dead hang tests more than your hands.
It tests your grip, forearms, shoulders, upper back, and core… all at the same time.
Why does your grip matter so much? 💪
Because grip strength is strongly linked to healthy aging. A strong grip may be a sign that your whole upper body is strong and ready to keep you active and independent as you get older.
The big goal is to hang for 2 minutes—but please don’t let that number scare you!
Start where YOU are….
🔥 Hang for 10–20 seconds
🔥 Rest for 30–60 seconds
🔥 Repeat 3 times
🔥 Add a few seconds each week
At 51, I’m not training just to look strong. I’m training so I can stay strong, move well, and keep living life on MY terms!
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting stronger than you were yesterday.
Now grab that bar and tell me…how long can YOU hang? Drop your time below! ⏱️
And if your belly fat is hanging on longer than YOU can…we need to talk!...
