Chicago Squares Week 1: @Chicago Bears 🐻 at @Carolina Panthers 😾 The Bears kick off the 2026 season today at Bank of American Stadium against Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers and this week's pizza is inspired by the southern fried chicken chain @Bojangles , which was founded in Charlotte in 1977. It's specifically inspired by my Norh Carolina born and bred wife's favorite order, the four piece supremes meal. Starting out with a layer of shredded mozzarella, it gets topped with buttermik and sweet tea brined and fried chicken strips, cajun seasoned fries, crumbled buttery biscuits, and finished with shredded sharp cheddar. After a quick bake in my @gozney Dome XL, it's sliced and finished with Bojangles cajun seasoning and their beloved honey mustard. You better bo-lieve that this pizza is a banger and when paired with a sweet tea...my friends, the only thing that could make this sweeter would be a Bears road dub to kick off the season, but no matter if they win or lose, atle...
