i remember when i first started running, i genuinely thought that you weren’t allowed to take breaks. i thought it was a long-distance running rule lol. WRONG. so glad i grew out of that. now i take breaks when i feel like it. pls don’t suck the fun out of running, especially if you’re doing it for fun (and don’t forget to pause your watch) 😉🤍 #freewill
