If a floor push-up is too hard, use a wall, a solid counter or your knees.
Pick one version you can control. Start with 5 slow reps. Rest. Add another set if it feels good, and build from there.
Try Tuesday and Thursday this week. Take at least one day off between push-up sessions.
Keep your body straight and move slowly. Use an easier version if your form falls apart. Stop if it hurts.
Five good reps are a start. You can build on that.
Bonus move: try this after every meal. Take a short, easy walk. Start after one meal if that's what you can manage today.
