If you need a custom cake/pastry in NYC, she is insanely talented! 3. theabakerynyc quickly rose to one of my fav bk bakeries thanks to their flaky tomato tart (excited to see what they have on offer for fall) 4. UGH this apple cider donut from harvestmoonorchard!! I think the closest version at-home version would be jessiesheehanbakes’ apple cider donut recipe for equally craggy edges with a feather-light interior 5. yossyarefi’s olive oil yuzu cake (also from the bake sale!) - I think she has a related olive oil cake recipe on her substack and it’s so worth making 6.
