Humanitarians are not targets. The Red Cross or Red Crescent emblem symbolizes that people are there to save lives, yet attacks on humanitarian workers aren't slowing down. Since 2023, almost 100 volunteers and staff from the Red Cross and Red Crescent Network have died or been killed while serving their communities.
