What an honor it was to be able to hang out and teach some chair boxing class at the senior citizens center! The people of the Central Valley continue to inspire me each and every day. The hard work and dedication this valley has transcends generations and make me proud to be from the small farm town of Tulare Ca!!! You guys should really volunteer! It’s a great environment with a welcoming staff and people. The way we make things better is to grow together 💪 #volunteer #seniors #boxing
