Add 200 ml cream, simmer, then stir in 60 g Parmesan. Season with black pepper, paprika, chili flakes & salt. Burgers: Smash 350 g beef mince into 4 patties in a hot, oiled skillet. Season generously with salt & pepper. Flip, top with cheddar, cover and melt. Stack 2 patties per burger. Toast buns and layer sauce, lettuce, tomato, double patties & pickles.
