Layer 1: - 1 cooked sweet potato - 1 box butter cake mix - 1 stick melted butter - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanilla Mix and pour into a buttered foil pan. Layer 2: - 1 block softened cream cheese - 4 cups powdered sugar (yes, 4 cups!) - 2 eggs - 1 stick melted butter - 1 tsp vanilla 1 1 tsp cinnamon Mix and pour over the first layer.
