Breaking in my new Chud Box with some classic chicken halves. It’s a direct heat grill, so everything is cooking directly over the coals. And as that fat drips on the hot coals, not only does it smell amazing, but it also adds a ton of flavor to the chicken. I seasoned them with my AP rub and finished with a simple BBQ glaze.
