Is rimowa worth the money? Putting rimowa customer service to the test. Noticed one of my screws for the rimowa cabin plus was missing causing the handle to feel a bit wonky.. went to rimowa Hong Kong to get it checked out and was such an easy service job on the spot I was pleasantly surprised: in the states I remember being quoted 1 week at least in the New York locations for example. This made me think though, this is what sort of level of service you pay for: being able to travel anywhere in the world and be taken care of if there is luggage issues at the store is truly something that for me as a global traveler would care about.
