According to reports,
#ZackSnyder is responding to the backlash surrounding his latest film, The Last Photograph, following its Toronto International Film Festival premiere. 👀
Snyder said he’s seen people online calling him a “fascist” and a “homophobe” amid the criticism.
Addressing the backlash, Snyder also brought up his 2006 film 300, recalling how the movie was accused of being “fascist” when it premiered in Berlin.
Snyder said, “Obviously I’m pro-gay. I made the gayest movie ever made.”
When asked if he really considers 300 the gayest movie ever, Snyder doubled down: “300 is one of the gayest movies ever made. I always go, ‘Look, there are few movies where people come in straight and come out gay, and 300 is one of them.’”
