An 18-year-old has been arrested after police say at least 26 shots were fired at a vehicle in Casa Grande, hitting a 10-year-old girl in the back seat. Francisco Solano Jr. was taken into custody Friday. Two other suspects, ages 15 and 16, had already been arrested in connection with the shooting. Police say all three are believed to be tied to a street gang based in Guadalupe. The girl was hit in the shoulder and has since been released from the hospital.
