✨ 6 SHOWS. 29 MODELS. HUNDREDS OF CUSTOM NAILS. ✨ Yesterday was one of those days I’ll never forget. I had the absolute pleasure of leading the OPI nails for the House of Wella, creating the nails for all six shows throughout the day. 💅🏼 The preparation for a day like this is HUGE. For every model, I pre-made approximately 20–25 individual nails per model, as I wouldn’t know the exact size of each model’s natural nails until they arrived. Getting that perfect, custom fit is so important for runway work — especially when the nails need to look flawless under the lights and on camera. That meant creating hundreds of individual nails before the shows even began, with each set designed specifically to complement the hair, makeup and fashion looks. Across the six shows, we created everything from rich Malaga Wine, Lincoln Park After Dark and Throw Me a Kiss, to statement black, iridescent foils and silver mirror foil details.
