πŸ‡§πŸ‡« More news from Burkina Faso, this time from our community farm! 🌧️ As we anticipate the start of the next rainy season at the end of May, the farm members are hard at work preparing a nursery for several key crops. πŸ… Here we have several community farmers, supported by our agriculture coordinator Weilfried, tilling the ground for planting peppers, eggplants and tomatoes. 🌱 After 2 - 3 weeks, as the seedlings germinate and breakthrough the surface, they will be replanted in the main growing areas to be nourished by the upcoming rains. πŸ‡§πŸ‡« As a landlocked country with limited natural resources, Burkina Faso is primarily dependent on agriculture for both food and income.
