The administration has just dealt its most serious blow to the Endangered Species Act after already weakening it this summer. 
 
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service wants to make it easier to kill imperiled wildlife. It no longer wants to hold people or companies accountable for so-called accidental deaths of endangered species.  But “it wasn’t intentional” does not undo extinction.  We can’t allow the administration to bulldoze our country’s bedrock environmental protections.
