After 1090F spent nearly her entire life inside Yellowstone National Park, recently she and her pack established a den outside the park's protective boundary, though still in Wyoming. Having unknowingly drifted from Yellowstone's protective boundaries, these wolves could be legally killed when Wyoming's hunting season opens Sept. 15.
