Cinnamon roll crust.
Creamy cheesecake.
Swirls of gooey cinnamon sugar.
All finished with a sweet vanilla glaze. This cinnamon roll cheesecake is basically two favorite desserts in one ridiculously decadent bite. And somehow, it’s not overly sweet. Even better? NO fussy water bath required. If you love cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, or basically anything with cinnamon sugar, SAVE this one for fall baking! Want the recipe?
