Today is the start of a new era in polar travel! White Desert is joining the Lindblad Expeditions family of brands. After twenty seasons of pioneering air travel to the interior of the continent, we are combining with a company that did the same — only on the coastline of Antarctica and 60 years ago! Together we now span air, sea and land, and share a philosophy of small-scale, responsible tourism that reconnects guests with the extraordinary environment of Antarctica. None of this changes the White Desert experience: same team, same camps, same exacting standards and attention to detail, with Lindblad now bolstering our logistical operation.
