Aaaaand that’s a wrap on another incredible MECCA Retail Leadership Conference! 💕👏 Bringing together over 400 store, floor, operations, state and regional managers from across Australia and Aotearoa (New Zealand), it was three unforgettable days of celebration and connection. We crowned our MECCA Magic winners, heard from this year’s Holiday artist (!), welcomed special guests from victoriabeckhambeauty and ellisbrooklyn, and shared plenty more surprises along the way. Curious about joining the fun? Check out the link in our bio for current openings with Team MECCA! #MECCAmoment #LifeAtMECCA
